A moment I was hoping to avoid - spending my evening in L&D getting serial blood pressure checks and NST - since my BP was high at my appointment this afternoon! Boo! Trying to stay positive - but this is a less than fun family evening!
Update 5/10 - I was admitted to watch my blood pressure overnight - it continued to go down, but not fantastically. I was diagnosed with gestational hypertension as I have no signs of pre-eclampsia other than the high BP. I was released at about 10am today and the plan is to watch me closely and keep this baby cooking for a while longer! So, thankful that it turned out this way, as blood pressure can be really scary!
